- Student status must be proved by sending a copy of the student ID by fax (to +49 2241 932 6746) immediately.
- Students who are authors of a paper to be presented at the conference are only eligible to the student rate if at least one of their co-authors registers at a full rate.
Conference fees include admission to all technical sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, the conference reception, the conference dinner and one copy of the conference proceedings. (Fee for one day includes NOT the conference dinner)

Cancellations up to July 31st, 2010: 90% refund; Cancellations up to August 18th, 2010: 10% refund

Author registration: deadline for registration and payment for authors to ensure publication of an accepted paper of the main conference is 2010-05-31
Costs for extra pages in the proceedings: 60.00 EUR per page (2 maximum).
